Holiday Craftin'

Big Girl has been busy crafting this holiday season. She made a really sweet pink tree for baby A, and painted wooden cars for three special little boys. For about a half-dozen adults we tried out a really simple Pintrest project.

For this one, we had to ask around and gather up wine corks from family and friends (thanks!!).

Then it was a matter of setting he up to dip the white ends in green paint.

When they were dry, she lined them up the way she wanted them and I used hot glue to get the corks to stick together.

We finished the project by tying gold ribbon around the triangles and then putting a safety pin in the top (we used wire cutters to take the closure off and then pushed both pointy ends into the cork) so they could hang as ornaments.
